Eating healthy is one of the most important things for a healthy body and lifestyle. Wether it's getting the right nutrients, eating the right amount, or cutting off the junk food. I am here today to give you some top tips for eating healthy and having a healthy diet.


1. Sort your meals around carbohydrates


2. Eat plenty of fruit and veg


3. Eat more fish especially oily fish


4. Cut off sugars and junk foods


5. Eat less salt


6. Be active and make sure you are a healthy weight


Its no good being underweight or overweight thats why you need to have a balanced diet. For woman you are approximately supposed to eat around 2000 calories per day. For men you are approximately supposed to eat 2500 per day instead.


Men are supposed to eat around 56 grams of protein per day, women are supposed to eat 46 grams of protein per day. Protein is very important for the human body to build up bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.


According to the American Heart Association men are supposed to eat 37.5 grams of sugar per day. Women however are supposed to eat 25 grams per day.
